There are usually trade stands from all the big suppliers of double reed instruments such as Packers, Howarths, Crowthers, Fox UK, Fortay Reeds, Fossati, Puchner and Moosman.
Often foreign dealers are present such as Uwe Henze from Stuttgart, Reeds n Stuff machines from Germany, Medir cane from Spain and Egge Verlag music publishers from Koblenz.

|
Recitals and Masterclasses in 2012 will be from Lyndon Watts bassoon from Australia, and John Anderson oboe from the UK.
A recital too is expected from Andrea Zucco from Italy by courtesy of Fox America.

|
The Teachers' Forum will discuss matters including repertoire, methods and appropriate material for early learning of the oboe and bassoon.
In the past there have been inputs from music publishers who specialise in arrangements for double reeds such as Wonderful Winds and others.
