The Society maintains a membership database which is processed in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and is maintained solely for the purposes of administering the Society. Members’ personal data will not be disclosed to third parties without their explicit consent. Personal data of lapsed members is deleted after 3 years.

The contact details of members on the Teachers' Register (and any other relevant information supplied by them) may be given to any individual wishing to find a teacher. The Teachers’ Register will not be disclosed in its entirety and will not be sold to third parties. Members may leave the Teachers’ Register upon request.
